- Official bills are month-end or project completion
- Typical interval is a projection, extention, accounting, or tax return
- We track time and effort throughout the year
- As things add up (generally over $300) for small Q&Q, email, etc, we may bill
- Otherwise billable time wraps into the next project deliverable
- We tend to send detailed bills so you see how we are using our efforts
- We are a variable fee practice but attempt to set targets when practical
- Emails, file updates, inform of tax changes, etc… wraps into the overall bill
